Since they are smaller, it takes more expensive components to get a more powerful laptop, etc. Laptops have a wide variety of components as well, but are still more limited than desktops, which makes them extremely expensive. They have many more component options which allows for them to start at a lower price but still be super-powerful. CostDesktops are a lot cheaper than laptops. This makes them much more ideal for producers. ProcessorDesktop computers have ‘bigger’ processors, which means they are more powerful as well. Laptops were designed to be portable and compact.
